Our Vision:
GrowMindZ came into existence out of a passion for helping students discover the right career paths for themselves. Currently, most of the students are confused and are being pushed in all directions by various influencers – parents, extended family members, family friends, peers, teachers, common stereotypes, basically by everyone who seems to have an opinion. Large-scale ignorance about viable career options is prevailing. GrowMindZ effectively guides its clients away from such dilemmas and provides comprehensive assessment, guidance & counseling to the students from grades 8 to12.
We also provide guidance to graduates and post-graduates who need specialized and in-depth advice to further their careers in a specific direction, or who are looking forward to changing their current fields. Additionally, GrowMindZ helps working professionals climb the corporate ladder, get that promotion that is eluding them, or land their dream job. We dedicate a large part of our effort towards this goal. We truly believe that only when people are placed in a fulfilling job, they are able to have happy and productive lives which further leads to a happy and productive society!
About The Counsellor
With a background and work experience of more than 6 years in Travel Management and Consultancy, Career Counseling is simply an extension of Kavita Shahs personality. She holds a bachelors degree in Commerce and is passionate about helping people find their way. She has extensive experience in teaching grammar and communication skills, preparatory classes for Social Studies subjects at Higher Secondary level for CBSE and ICSE students. Having successfully held Operational and mentorship roles, she has always had the opportunity as well as the responsibility to guide and counsel her team and peers.
Mentorship is second nature to her and the one profession that completely fulfils Kavita.
Her passion to be a part of the education system and continuous zeal to learning and keeping herself updated about emerging trends in different sectors, upcoming courses, and the variety of job opportunities they offer drove her to choose Career Counselling as a profession.
She strongly believes that the process of setting the career goal should start from the school level itself, hence creating awareness about the importance of career counseling among children and their parents at an early stage plays a vital role in shaping up their future meticulously.
